BowYEAH

Your music. Your merch. No boxes to pack.

Give fans a place to buy your merchandise between gigs and releases. Start a branded band merch store without buying a print run: you bring your artwork and audience, and BowYEAH handles paid orders from printing to delivery.

Start with a small range

A logo T-shirt and a hoodie can be enough to introduce your merchandise. Choose available sizes and colours before submitting products for approval.

No finished stock to fund

Online orders are produced after fans pay. You do not need to guess how many of each size will sell before launching.

Your artwork and retail prices

Use designs you own or have permission to sell. Review the Print & Fulfilment charge and choose your selling price before publishing.

A link for your fans

Share your store from your website, social profiles and release announcements. You promote the range; BowYEAH manages fulfilment.

Sell band merch between gigs

Your online range gives fans a way to order when there is no merch table nearby. Share the direct shop link after a show or alongside a release, with clear product images and an explanation that orders are made to order.

Plan physical gig stock separately

An online store does not provide stock to take away at a gig. Approved sellers can order their own range at the BowYEAH Print & Fulfilment price plus delivery. Confirm production timing before ordering for a date, and allow for unsold event stock.

What does the band earn?

Subtract the displayed BowYEAH Print & Fulfilment charge from your retail price. Standard merchandise payment fees are included in that charge. Delivery is separate; refunds, adjustments and your own expenses can reduce earnings. Use the current examples in our band earnings guide before setting prices.

Products for your store

Can a small band sell merchandise without holding stock?

Yes. Apply with your band details, artwork ideas and the audience you can reach. Applications and products are reviewed before launch. You do not buy finished stock for online orders, but you still need to promote the range.

What artwork do we need?

Supply artwork you own or have permission to reproduce, including permission for photographs and commissioned illustrations. Choose the product, print placement and colours, then check the proof before approval. Ask about the required file specification for your chosen product.

What does it cost to start?

There is no store setup fee or monthly subscription. Products are made after a paid order. Optional AI-assisted Design Help is £1 per design, with emailed proofs and up to three sets of amendments.

Who handles printing and delivery?

BowYEAH handles checkout, printing, packing, dispatch and order support, including delivery questions and returns. You supply approved artwork, choose your prices and promote your range.

When do we receive our earnings?

Earnings from paid orders are due at the end of the following month to your verified PayPal account, subject to refunds and adjustments. Delivery charges are not seller earnings.
