Prices checked 2026-10-11 (site build snapshot). Check current options and the checkout total before ordering. Delivery is additional. Standard merchandise payment fees are included in Print & Fulfilment. Suggested retail is not guaranteed earnings; refunds, adjustments and your own business costs may reduce your margin.
Store setup and monthly costs
There is no store setup fee or monthly subscription, and you do not buy a batch of stock to launch a managed store. You provide approved artwork and promote the range. Optional AI-assisted Design Help costs £1 per design, with emailed proofs and up to three sets of amendments. You can also upload your own artwork in Product Management.
What you earn from merchandise
For normal merchandise, subtract the BowYEAH Print & Fulfilment charge from your selling price. Payment processing is included in that charge; there is no separate standard merchandise booking fee. Refunds and order adjustments can change the final earnings. The examples below use the catalogue’s suggested retail price, which you can change. They are not a promise of sales or a tax calculation.
Delivery is separate
UK mainland delivery is £5.99 for the first item plus £1.50 for each additional item: two items cost £7.49 and three cost £8.99. Delivery is not seller earnings. Check the checkout total for the selected address, particularly outside mainland UK. Ticket products do not carry a delivery charge.
When sellers are paid
Paid-order earnings are due at the end of the month following the order, to your verified PayPal account. For example, earnings from an October order are due at the end of November, subject to refunds and adjustments. Keep your payout details up to date in your seller account.
Dropshipping and ticket charges
For seller dropshipping, you pay the BowYEAH Print & Fulfilment charge plus delivery, with your seller markup removed. If you sell through eBay or TikTok Shop, their charges are separate and you enter fulfilment orders manually. Tickets use a booking and payment fee of 8% of the ticket face value, with a £1 minimum per ticket; the fee can be included in the displayed price or added at checkout. Review the final ticket breakdown before publishing.
