Your selling price minus the BowYEAH Print & Fulfilment charge gives the merchandise earnings before refunds, adjustments and your own costs. Standard payment processing is included in that charge. The live catalogue examples below show actual listed costs and suggested retail prices; you choose the final selling price.
Multiply the per-item earnings by the number of paid, non-refunded items sold. For illustration only, a £20 selling price minus a £12 charge leaves £8 per item; ten such sales leave £80 before your own costs and adjustments. These numbers explain the calculation, not a current product quote or a forecast of demand.
UK mainland delivery is £5.99 for the first item plus £1.50 for each additional item. Delivery is not paid to the band as earnings. Review the checkout total for the destination and avoid presenting the full customer payment as your profit.
Paid-order earnings are due at the end of the month after the order, to your verified PayPal account, subject to refunds and adjustments. For example, an October order is due at the end of November. Allow separately for artwork, samples, promotion and any other band expenses.
