Start with a direct shop link
You do not need to replace your existing website. Once your store is approved and live, add a Shop or Merchandise link pointing to your full BowYEAH store URL. Supporters can browse and order there while your existing website continues to handle your organisation’s main content.
Explain who handles the order
Near the link, explain that the range is made to order and fulfilled by BowYEAH. For a charity, describe how the proceeds support your work without suggesting that the full selling price is donated. Check your agreed product costs before making a fundraising claim.
Ask before planning an integration
If you need an API integration or custom domain, describe your website platform and requirements in your application. Confirm the available setup and responsibilities with BowYEAH before paying a developer or promising a launch date. A normal shop link does not require an API integration.
