Prepare artwork and check your product proof

A practical checklist for the files, permissions, sizes and design details to review before your merchandise goes live.

Start with the chosen product

Choose the base product, print position and colours before finalising artwork. Check the current upload requirements in Product Management and ask BowYEAH about the file format, resolution and print dimensions for that item. Avoid treating a small social-media image as a print-ready master.

Check permission and content

Use logos, photographs, illustrations and wrestler names only when you have permission to print and sell them. Check spelling, dates, sponsors and any campaign wording before submission. Keep an original copy of your artwork so changes can be made without repeatedly compressing the file.

Review the proof before approval

Check the design’s placement, scale, colour choices, wording and selected product. A screen image is a preview rather than a guarantee of an exact colour match on every material. Ask about a sample if the finish or colour is critical to your launch.

Understand the print method

DTF transfers printed artwork onto garments using heat; laser engraving marks suitable accessories and materials. The appropriate method depends on the chosen product. This guide explains preparation and review steps; it does not claim independent testing or certification.
