Return & Refund Policy (UK Customers)

Thank you for shopping with BowYEAH. We do our best to make sure you love your purchase — but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve outlined how returns, refunds and exchanges work below.
1. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
As a UK online consumer purchase, you have the right to cancel your order and return products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided all conditions below are met. This includes “change of mind” returns.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in original condition.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty (see section 4).
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
3. How to Return
After contacting us:
- We will send you a return authorisation and the address to send the item back (this may be our UK fulfilment address).
- Please return the item within 14 days of authorisation.
- We recommend using a tracked/postal service — we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described.
- You will be informed if your return is not accepted (e.g., used/altered items).
5. Exchanges
If you’d like an exchange (e.g., a different product or variation), please contact us at the email above. Exchanges are processed as returns + a new order — any price difference will be charged or refunded.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the listing description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will:
- Offer a refund or replacement, and
- Cover return postage costs for faulty items.
7. Return Postage Costs
- Return postage costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- For faulty or mis-described products, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs once approved.
8. Consumer Rights
This policy in no way affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at accounts@bowyeah.com and an address will be provided.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, contact accounts@bowyeah.com for the full address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
